Principles
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below, and do not use it for any other purpose.
Data collected when browsing the site
Each time the site is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type and version, and operating system.
Purpose: to ensure the operation, security and stability of the website.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period: these logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Contact form
When you send us an enquiry through the form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business contact details, and the technical details of your project (type of crusher, material to be processed, target particle size and throughput).
Purpose: to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quotation.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is subsequently established.
Recipients: the data is forwarded by e-mail to our sales and engineering teams. It is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and audience measurement
Our website uses cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without consent. All others, in particular those relating to audience measurement, are set only after your explicit consent, obtained through the consent banner displayed on your first visit.
