WEIL provides a complete, responsive maintenance service, covering the whole life cycle of crushing equipment, built around three complementary areas of intervention.
Replacement of crushing tools
Surfaces subject to abrasion — liners, concaves, mantles and other parts in direct contact with the material — are rigorously monitored.
WEIL technicians carry out their replacement to best practice, with precise adjustments and optimal reconditioning. A replacement made at the right time, with the right parts, is the first condition of consistent crushing performance and extended service life.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Preventive maintenance anticipates failures: periodic checks, verification of mechanical clearances, inspection of the lubrication systems, vibration and thermal measurements. These planned interventions drastically reduce unplanned downtime.
In the event of an incident, WEIL deploys its corrective maintenance expertise, with a rapid intervention to diagnose the root cause of the failure and remedy it effectively.
On-site repair
When a machine cannot be moved, WEIL intervenes directly at the customer's plant: replacing a shaft, machining a bearing, repairing a structural weld, reconditioning a drive system.
This on-site intervention capability considerably shortens return-to-service times and avoids the costs of dismantling and transporting heavy equipment.
