Three families, one shared DNA
The BS range covers the entire crushing chain, from pre-crushing in the quarry to the production of fine sand.
Primary crushers

Designed for the first crushing stage, they handle the largest blocks from blasting. Their shaft, guided at the top and supported at the base, provides a widely clear opening on the feed side, which eases the feeding of run-of-mine material and limits the risk of blockage. They prepare the material for the following crushing stages.
- First crushing stage
- Clear feed opening
- Anti-blockage
Secondary and tertiary crushers

Models designed for the production of premium-quality aggregates, with a particle size consistency that meets the requirements of high-grade concrete and asphalt.
- Concrete-grade aggregates
- Particle size consistency
- Steady throughput
Ultra-fine crushers "UF"

Models fitted with a particularly short crushing chamber, used mainly for sand production. Excellent output-to-capacity ratio.
- Sand production
- Short chamber
- Optimal output/capacity ratio
Three patented systems at the heart of the BS
Mechanics designed to last — every sub-system is engineered to reduce wear, simplify maintenance and keep operators safe.

Hydraulic system
for shared values
The hydraulic setting of the gyratory crusher is particularly precise. The parameters can be controlled directly on the machine or remotely, and integrated into your overall supervisory system through an automatic control cabinet.

Hydraulic shaft
suspension
Our gyratory crushers are fitted with a hydraulic shaft suspension that reduces operating pressure and increases safety, through a direct connection to a preset oleopneumatic accumulator.
Dual safety
system
A first system, fitted with an oleopneumatic accumulator, activates if uncrushable objects enter the machine or in the event of overload. A second detects overpressure, lowers the shaft, stops the motor and triggers an audible and visual alarm.
Hourly output (in tonnes)
With overflow according to the required fineness (or without overflow in the circuit). Dry, clean, non-sticky and medium-hard material. Effective capacities, referring to the finished material screened to the specified screen size.

Particle size distribution at discharge
The ranges below define the working band of each crusher: the percentage passing by weight obtained for a given square screen aperture. The aperture axis is logarithmic.
Primary crushers
The four primary models cover successive bands, from the finest (BS 702-6) to the coarsest (BS 706-15).
- BS 702-6 — 0–30 mm
- BS 703-10 — 0–60 mm
- BS 704-13 — 0–80 mm
- BS 706-15 — 0–100 mm
Secondary and tertiary crushers
Each model is available in two configurations: FN, the finer, and EG, the coarser.

Four sectors, tailored solutions
Our gyratory crushers are installed on the most demanding industrial sites in Europe and beyond.
Intelligent control cabinet – Total control of crushing
The WEIL crusher is fitted with a latest-generation control cabinet incorporating an intuitive touchscreen, designed to give the operator complete control and permanent monitoring of the crushing process.
The plant can run in either manual or automatic mode:
Manual mode
The operator can adjust the crushing parameters at any time in order to match production precisely to site requirements. The particle size of the final product, the crushing pressure and other essential parameters can be changed instantly from the touchscreen.
Automatic mode
Using previously defined parameters, the crusher adapts its operation automatically in real time. The system regulates the crushing pressure itself according to the material feed, thereby guaranteeing steady, homogeneous production in line with the required specifications.
Real-time monitoring
The control interface continuously provides detailed information on the condition of the machine:
- Crushing pressure in real time
- Condition of the lubrication system
- Temperatures and operating parameters
- Wear level of the crushing tools
- Alarms and maintenance diagnostics
Continuous monitoring of crushing tool wear makes it possible to anticipate maintenance operations precisely and to schedule replacement at the optimal moment, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and operating costs.
Remote control
For maximum flexibility, all control and monitoring functions can also be accessed remotely. Operators and production managers can therefore check plant performance, consult operating data and act quickly, wherever they are.
Benefits for the user
- Consistent production quality
- Simple, intuitive settings via touchscreen
- Automatic adaptation to feed variations
- Reduced maintenance costs
- Increased plant availability
- Permanent monitoring of critical parameters
- Remote control and diagnostics capability
The intelligent WEIL control system thus guarantees optimal operation, maximum productivity and perfectly controlled crushing quality.
